Re: 13 months. No matter the fault is from the quality itself or improper use,, we can find out the solution for any fault quickly. We also have our all parts in stock, when it needs to replace any part, we will send it to you by DHL or UPS, which arrives to you in 3-4 workdays.

Re: Our main market is middle range market and hight end market. So the materias we use are high rank, expecailly the acrylic are 100% pure, imported from USA. We have our quality control department, from the starting to end,we check all the production line strictly. All the products are manufactured according to the request stipulated in the certifications and would be tested to confirm the quality is 100% then we pack and export to the oversee.
